Beat and Eat Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup of boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place egg white, sugar, cream of tartar, and vanilla in a small deep bowl.
  2. Mix well, then add boiling water.
  3. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. This frosting melts pretty fast and is sticky.
  5. Best used and made the same day you are serving the cake.
