Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 small can chicken, juice
  • shredded cheddar cheese or colby jack cheese
  • one or two boxes of Ritz type crackers

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese soften to just about room temperature.
  2. Mix with a mixer to soften the rest of the way.
  3. Add can of chicken and juice.
  4. Mix well. Put grated cheese on plastic wrap, then put mixture of chicken/cream cheese on top.
  5. Add more cheese, then shape into a ball.
  6. Let chill for at least two hours. The longer the better.
  7. Serve with crackers.
