
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 1/4 cups butter or margarine
- Seasoned corn flake crumbs
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into fourths.
- Melt 3/4 cup of butter in pan in oven.
- Coat potatoes in melted butter, coating with corn flake crumbs. Place in pan.
- Add 1/2 cup more butter or margarine if needed.
- Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
