Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup Karo light or dark syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 in)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended.
- Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
