
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of fruit cocktail
- 1 15 oz can of pineapple chunks
- 1 small can of Mandarin oranges
- 1 small box of vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 2 cups of miniature marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Drain fruit and reserve 1 cup of the juice.
- Put the juice in a small pan and add pudding.
- Cook on medium-high heat until thick and clear.
- Cool in the refrigerator.
- When cool, mix in fruit and marshmallows if desired.
