
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup Steen's pure cane syrup (sold in brown glass bottles)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix wet ingredients and in another smaller bowl mix dry ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees in oblong pan for 30-35 minutes.
