Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tsp. of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup of margarine
- 2 cups of mashed bananas
- 1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup of finely chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat margarine for 30 seconds.
- Add eggs, flour mixture, bananas, pineapple, and vanilla.
- Beat on low speed until combined, then on medium for one minute.
- Fold in pecans.
- Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
