Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato per person, sliced or cut up and boiled
  • butter or margarine
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • bacon bits
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Mrs. Dash
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes, on a sheet of heavy foil sprayed with Pam or greased.
  2. Place potato on foil, add desired toppings as listed.
  3. Roll up in foil and place a second coat of foil over the first.
  4. Place on grill with meat.
  5. Turn often, until meat is done.
  6. Can be made ahead for camping trips or picnics.
