
Ingredients
- 1 large potato per person, sliced or cut up and boiled
- butter or margarine
- 1 slice of cheese
- bacon bits
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- Mrs. Dash
- sour cream
Instructions
- Cook potatoes, on a sheet of heavy foil sprayed with Pam or greased.
- Place potato on foil, add desired toppings as listed.
- Roll up in foil and place a second coat of foil over the first.
- Place on grill with meat.
- Turn often, until meat is done.
- Can be made ahead for camping trips or picnics.
