Hash Brown Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns (4 1/2 c.)
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (1/2 can)
  • 8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 T. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease shallow baking dish with butter.
  3. Mix sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add to baking dish so potatoes are evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle butter over potatoes.
  7. Bake 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are bubbly.
