
Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns (4 1/2 c.)
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (1/2 can)
- 8 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 T. melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease shallow baking dish with butter.
- Mix sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
- Add to baking dish so potatoes are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle butter over potatoes.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are bubbly.
