- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 3-4 Tbsp of one of the following: Chocolate syrup, fresh fruit, or jelly preserves (more or less to taste)
- Milk (just enough to make it smooth but not thin)

- Chocolate ice cream or frozen yogurt can be used.
