Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 sticks of butter or margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of cool whip
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 large boxes of instant lemon pudding mix
Instructions
- Mix and spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool.
- Mix 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
- Pour 3 cups of milk and 2 large boxes of instant lemon pudding mix over the crust and first mix. Let it sit up for two hours minimum.
- Top with cool whip.
- Can be made with any flavor pudding as long as it is instant pudding. Chocolate is great too!
