Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Wesson oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges (cut in 1/2) with juice
- 1 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drain some of the juice)
- 1 sm vanilla instant pudding mix (3 1/2 oz)
Instructions
- Mix by hand.
- Grease and flour 3 ea 9" pie pans.
- Pour equal amounts of mixture into pans.
- Bake at 350 till brown.
- After cakes have cooled, turn over, bottom side up and top side down.
- Usually make the icing ahead of time so it can get good and thick.
- Combine all and assemble 3 layer cake.
- Keep refrigerated.
