Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup Wesson oil
• 1 can mandarin oranges (cut in 1/2) with juice
• 1 12 oz Cool Whip
• 1 cup crushed pineapple (drain some of the juice)
• 1 sm vanilla instant pudding mix (3 1/2 oz)

Instructions

1. 1Mix by hand.
2. 2Grease and flour 3 ea 9" pie pans.
3. 3Pour equal amounts of mixture into pans.
4. 4Bake at 350 till brown.
5. 5After cakes have cooled, turn over, bottom side up and top side down.
6. 6Usually make the icing ahead of time so it can get good and thick.
7. 7Combine all and assemble 3 layer cake.
8. 8Keep refrigerated.
