Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 lb grated cheese
  • 1 pkg corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown 1 lb ground meat with 1 tsp chili powder, salt, pepper, and a medium onion.
  2. While above cooks, add the following to a large bowl: 1 can mushroom soup, 2 cups milk, 1 can green chiles (chopped), and 1/2 lb grated cheese.
  3. Add this to meat mixture, cook and stir until cheese melts.
  4. Layer in pan with 1 pkg corn tortillas.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
