
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak
- 1 cup flour
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut steak into serving pieces; mix garlic powder, salt, and pepper in flour mixture until coated.
- Brown steak in oil until crispy.
- Place steak in 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with soup.
- Drain most of the oil from skillet, add flour to make gravy.
- Pour gravy over steak.
- Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
