
Ingredients
- 3 eggs (FOLDED)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. pecans
Instructions
- Fold eggs or beat slightly.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into plain pastry and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

This is my grandmother's recipe. She always told me that the secret to a good pecan pie is not to beat your eggs flat. You fold them.
