Peppered Cheese Straws

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cream cheese and butter together.
  2. Mix in dry ingredients a little at a time.
  3. Fill cookie press and squeeze out onto cookie sheet, or place in spoonfuls and flatten.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
