Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of flour, heaping
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 slice of pineapple, shredded
  • Chunks of butter

Instructions

  1. Cook flour, sugar, milk, egg yolks, and butter till thick, then add pineapple, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Put in cooked pie crust and top with meringue.
  3. Cook until meringue browns.
  4. Set oven at 400 degrees to bake meringue.
