
Ingredients
- Butter / Real Sticks
- Yellow Cake mix
- Pineapples Slices
- Cherries
- Brown Sugar
- Pecans whole or chopped
- Rum
Instructions
- Mix Cake - instead of water use Rum or the pineapple juice with Cherry juice
- Butter Pan completely
- Put Brown Sugar on the bottom of the pan enough to cover pan
- Lay pineapples on top of Brown sugar put a cherry in each pineapple slice put pecans in other places between
- Pineapples
- Pour cake mix into pan on top of everything else.
- Take Remaining butter and slice it place on top of the care mix
- Bake as directed but expect to add more time
- Wait about 5 minutes
- then flip cake on to a flat sheet pan or tray, it will be very hot
- If pineapple sticks to Pan remove with a fork + place on cake
