Pumpkin Bread in A Can
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp ea. cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, cloves, nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup ea. chopped pecans & raisins
Instructions
- Sift flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, cloves, nutmeg, soda, & salt and set aside.
- Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil; stir into mixture. (You'll need large bowls.)
- Add pumpkin, pecans, and raisins.
- Fill 1 1/2 full 3 one-lb or 13 oz cans.
- Grease and flour cans.
- Bake in a 325 oven for 1 hour 10 minutes or until bread tests done.
- Makes 3.
