Ingredients
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
Instructions
- Combine in a sauce pan.
- Cook stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Then cook without stirring until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees).
- Cool until lukewarm (about 110 degrees).
- Beat until spreading consistency.
- For thicker frosting, beat in a small amount of powdered sugar.
