
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. of potatoes - peeled, cut up and boiled
- 1 cup of half and half
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. of pepper
- 1 tsp. of onion salt
- 1/2 cup of butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. of seasoned salt
Instructions
- Mash cooked potatoes with mixer.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Put into a quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
