Ingredients
- 5 lbs. of Roast
- 1 Tbs. of basil or 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. of oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small bottle of ketchup
- 1 small ketchup bottle of water
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Bake at 200 degrees all day or 6-8 hours.
- Let cool, then shred or debone into bite-size pieces.
- Put meat back into pan with sauce and cook till hot.
- Serve on buns. This freezes great!
