
Ingredients
- Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
- Cream Cheese
- Large Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, deseeded and sliced into 6ths
- Bacon, regular sliced Hickory sliced
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Split the backs of the shrimp open, add Cream Cheese and slice of Jalapeno.
- Wrap with 1/2 slice of Bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Marinate in Worcestershire, Lemon Juice and Garlic.
- Place shrimp on a mesquite-in-foil tray to smoke and cook, turning shrimp occasionally until bacon is cooked.
