Shrimp Brochette

Ingredients

  • Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
  • Cream Cheese
  • Large Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, deseeded and sliced into 6ths
  • Bacon, regular sliced Hickory sliced
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Split the backs of the shrimp open, add Cream Cheese and slice of Jalapeno.
  2. Wrap with 1/2 slice of Bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Marinate in Worcestershire, Lemon Juice and Garlic.
  4. Place shrimp on a mesquite-in-foil tray to smoke and cook, turning shrimp occasionally until bacon is cooked.
