Ingredients
- 32oz Velveeta Easy Melt Cheese block
- 1.5 lbs Ground Hamburger Meat
- 19oz Old El Paso Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
- 30 corn tortillas
- Taco meat seasoning
Instructions
- Cook ground meat with Taco meat seasoning
- Mix and cook Enchilada sauce and cheese until fully melted
- Mix both meat and cheese sauce together
- Fry the corn tortillas to soften them
- On a large sheet pan put meat and cheese mix into the tortillas and roll them
- Put extra sauce on top of enchiladas
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
