Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon - fried crisp
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
- 3 cups of cooked minute rice
- 1# can of whole tomatoes (drained)
- 1 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp. of pepper
Instructions
- Mix together and cook in pan over low heat, uncovered for 15 minutes.
