Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 1/2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 jar Ragu Old World Style pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Roll dough out to 14x10 inch rectangle (usually roll out on a floured sheet of wax paper).
  3. Layer provolone cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce evenly over pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over sauce.
  6. Roll, starting at the longest end, jelly-roll style. Fold in ends and pinch to seal.
  7. On a baking pan, arrange Stromboli in an S-shape or curve, seam-side down.
  8. Bake 20 minutes or until bread is golden.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with remaining pasta sauce as a dip.
