Ingredients
- 4 oz. of cream cheese softened
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp. of mint flavoring (use spearmint, but you can use any flavor you want)
- 1/8 tsp. of butter flavoring
Instructions
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese by hand. It will resemble pie dough.
- Add flavor, knead well.
- Add color, knead well again.
- Use granulated sugar to dip your molds in, then press in dough.
- Unmold gently. Let air dry.
- Freeze up to 4 months in advance. The flavor is much better if frozen.
- Layer between waxed paper and freeze in Tupperware.
- Makes around 185 mints.
